Rates quoted are 'nightly per room' using existing bedding, include GST and are subject to change.

Rates may increase during peak periods (Easter, Xmas/New Year, Events etc)..

Check-In    :  2 pm   (14:00)
Check-Out : 10 am  (10:00)

Weekly or long stay tariffs available on request (conditions apply during peak periods).

Additional person/bedding .. $30.00 per night (where available).

All bookings require a cash deposit or credit card details. We reserve the right to process one night's accomodation at time of booking as deposit.

Room Access

We are classified as an 'historic' property and our rooms & suites are spread over 3 levels. Unfortunately we do not have lift/elevator facilities.  Please advise us at time of booking if 'stairs' are a concern and we will endeavour to allocate a suitable room.

Parking:   we have 4 complimentary secure 'off street' parking spaces at the rear of the property available for guests on a first in / first served basis. 

All other parking options are available on The Avenue in front of the property. Most spaces along The Avenue are “2 hour restricted” from 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, with no restrictions overnight or on Sunday.

There are a number of  'unrestricted'  spaces approx 50m up from the Hotel on The Avenue and around the corner on Francis Street.

Transport to Avonmore

From Airport : either Taxi (about 20 minute ride) or Public Bus #400 (about 50 minute ride) 

From Central Station : either Taxi (about a 20 minute ride) or Public Bus #372 / #376 (about a 30 minute ride) 

Credit Card Transaction Fees:

AMEX, Diners & all Platinum cards incur an additional 3.0% transaction fee ... ALL others (Visa / Mastercard etc) incur a 2.0% transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled up to 48 hours prior to check-in receive a full refund.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, modifications or failed arrivals, a penalty of 100% of total booking cost will be charged (no refund).

We apologise for any inconvenience but pets are NOT ALLOWED at any time.
