bookings require a cash deposit or credit card details. First night's accomodation charges processed as deposit.
Credit Card Transaction Fees:
AMEX, Diners & all Platinum cards incur an additional 3% transaction fee ... ALL others (Visa / Mastercard etc) incur a 1.5% transaction fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings
cancelled up to 48 hours prior to check-in receive a
full refund.
Bookings
cancelled between 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in,
a penalty of the one night's accommodation will be charged.
Bookings
cancelled within 24 hours of check-in or failed
arrivals, a penalty of 100% of total booking cost will
be charged (no refund).
